How The Affiliate Marketing Program Works

If you are in this mini-course, then you've already setup your account! And guess what? The hardest part of this process is over!

The creation of an account inside The School of the Scribe has three primary purposes:

1. This is where you will set up your payout details (where we send your affiliate payments) and grab your affiliate link.
2. This is where you will monitor your affiliation account each month. Literally, you may log in to view monthly referral payouts, download reports, etc.
3. This is where you will receive updates concerning any changes to the affiliate program

So, first things first.

After logging into your account, select the link highlighted in red to access your AFFILIATE ACCOUNT. (This image is not an exact replica of this website. However, the location of the affiliate link is the same.)

After clicking the link above, you will be taken to your AFFILIATE ACCOUNT's "overview" page. It looks similar to the image below. You will be able to manage your partnership here.

You will see several tabs which I encourage you to explore at your leisure. Next, select the AFFILIATE DETAILS tab highlighted in red. Here you will be able to find the following details:

Affiliate ID: Your unique affiliate identifier. We use this code to track courses purchased through your referral link.

Affiliate Commission: The agreed upon commission you will receive for each course purchased through your specific affiliate referral link. The image below is only a sample.

Affiliate URL: The link in this image is an example only. However, your specific URL will be available inside YOUR account ONCE YOU CLICK GENERATE. You will need to copy YOUR SPECIFIC LINK from this location to track your referrals. Please note that some items in your overview may look different from the image below.

To receive your payout, you will need to set up your payment instructions. Please do not skip this step. (You will not receive your payout if this is not setup.) In the affiliate overview area, select the tab that says, PAYMENT SETTINGS. Then list the email address associated with your individual or business PAYPAL ACCOUNT and select save.

PLEASE DOUBLE AND TRIPLE CHECK THE PAYPAL ACCOUNT INFO YOU ENTER HERE!

Finally, please note:

Payouts sent every 30 days regardless of amount.

Affiliate payout details are ALWAYS listed under the Payouts section. Please check here if there are any questions concerning your earnings each month. We see and receive the exact same information. We see and have access to the exact same payment details that you see.

You may update your PayPal payment details at anytime.

We are not responsible for funds sent to PayPal using the wrong Payment details. Affiliates will need to contact PayPal directly for any problems with fund transfers sent to the wrong PayPal account address.

The School of the Scribe reserves the right to make any necessary updates or changes to its Affiliate Marketing Program without prior notice. We will, however, update all affiliates by email within 30-days of any changes that affect their affiliation

Finally, YOU or The School of the Scribe can terminate this agreement at any time without obligation once all Payouts have been sent.
