EXPLORING THE SCRIBAL ANOINTING
BONUS RESOURCE: Scribal Purpose
Greetings Scribes of the King,
The awakening for most people to the ministry of the scribe is usually by way of "prophetic writing." In other words, the first thing believers equate with the scribe is writing. This isn't wrong, but it is incomplete. Now that you have nearly completed studying the foundations of the scribe, you know that the writing aspect is probably only 10-percent of the scribe's calling.
The School of the Scribe is committed to meeting people where they are. As such, I wrote this book in 2008 and focused on the "three levels and ten reasons" from a "writing perspective" in efforts to meet scribes from their place of entrance into understanding scribal ministry.
However, what you've learned so far... the three levels and 10 reasons apply not only to writing, but to scribal ministry as a whole. To avoid confusion with this aspect of the teaching, I thought it was important to share this with you.
Depending on who you are speaking with, mentoring, guiding or teaching, this resource provides an open door to help them understand from the perspective of the "writing gift" which may be the scribe's only point of reference at this time in their lives.
I strongly suggest urging scribes to obtain this free resource (mp3 included). It's available in print inside The Scribal Arsenal bookstore in both English & Spanish at minimum cost, and as a free resource both in the arsenal and via this link. You may link to this resource in any of your material or on your pages. You may use the images provided to promote it within your programs, web pages, groups, etc. as long as it is offered free and promoted using the link provided.
Finally, introduce them to ["My Scribal Gifts Inventory"](https://www.subscribepage.com/myscribalgiftsinventory) as a resource as well. As a teacher, part of your role is providing your students with existing resources -- alleviating the need to create new ones. Take advantage of what is before you. Also, feel free to share these resources at anytime on your websites, social networks, etc.
I look forward to sharing additional resources with you!
